How to Subscribe
You needn't keep checking back all the time to see if there is a new post. You can subscribe to Kwak Kwak and any new entries will either downloaded into your RSS reader or be delivered by email.
RSS
RSS is a way to get web content delivered to your door, so to speak, as it is posted. (Click here for a Wikipedia Definition of RSS) You can download and install an RSS reader, (my favourite is IpodderX ) but web browsers are offering more support for rss feeds these days so you may already have a reader installed as a plugin (Firefox) or integrated (Maxthon).
If you already have a reader then to subscribe you just paste the following web address into your reader: http://www.clairesierra.com/blog/?feed=rss2
and click on subscribe. Now whenever I post a new entry it will show up in your reader.
If all the above is just too Geeky and you haven't a clue what I am talking about there is help on the way in the form of a website at r-mail.org. By clicking on this link you will arrive at a page that asks you to input on two fields:
- The rss feed which is again: http://www.clairesierra.com/blog/?feed=rss2
- Your email address
Now whenever I make a new entry to Kwak Kwak, it will show up in your email box.
